Understand the Overview tab

The Overview tab provides insights about the patient’s compliance journey including:

  • Compliance percent chart

  • Compliance outlook

  • Usage chart

  • Recent Care Check-In response

The Care Check-In response section displays when a patient responds to a Care Check-In survey sometime within the last 10 days. Click Clear to remove the response. Click View full timeline to view the responses in the Timeline tab.

Note: Care Check-In responses received in the last 10 days will display. If a Care Check-In response is cleared, or older than 10 days, this section won't display. Recent Care Check-In responses (with the last 10 days) override previous responses.

In this section:
