Why don't I see certain patients?
ComplianceCoach only shows patients during their first 90 days of therapy. ComplianceCoach removes patients who have reached compliance or completed their 90-day journey from the patient list view. ComplianceCoach does not show patients who are marked "inactive" in AirView or any patients who use Astral™ or Stellar™ machines.
Note: After you transfer a patient in AirView from another organization and that patient meets the criteria described above, it might take a few hours (or up to a day) for that patient to show in ComplianceCoach.
