Reschedule outreach after a patient is reviewed

  1. Select one of the following options for why you reviewed a patient and decided to contact them later:

    • Days needed to meet compliance.

    • Recent mask change.

    • Too soon to contact.

    • Care Check-In.

    • Other: record relevant patient details.

  2. (Optional) Send Supportive content.

  3. To set a Follow-up reminder for a patient, you can:

    • Contact the patient after a set number of days.

    • Pick a date from the calendar view.

  4. Click Save.
