Reschedule outreach after a patient is reviewed
Select one of the following options for why you reviewed a patient and decided to contact them later:
Days needed to meet compliance.
Recent mask change.
Too soon to contact.
Care Check-In.
Other: record relevant patient details.
(Optional) Send Supportive content.
To set a Follow-up reminder for a patient, you can:
Contact the patient after a set number of days.
Pick a date from the calendar view.
Click Save.
