Understand patient search results
When you enable Patient search filters, the results display on the left side of the page. If no filters are applied, you see all patients who are still within their first 90 days of therapy and who haven't met CMS 90-day compliance.
Note: Patients who complete their 90-day therapy journey or reach compliance no longer appear in ComplianceCoach.
The patient list provides insight about each patient’s compliance status. From left to right:
Forecast: This calculates the patient’s likelihood to become compliant within the first 90 days of therapy based on the CMS compliance rule.*

Days since setup
Days to compliance
Last reviewed
Days until follow-up
Note: Projected results vary from actual results. Use of ComplianceCoach is not a guarantee that any patient or patients will become compliant with therapy. Users are responsible for verifying compliance before billing.
