What priority governs to Care Check-In responses, SD Card icon and info icon?

The priority order for these icons follows:

  1. Care Check-In responses

  2. Info icon

  3. SD card icon

The Care Check-In icon shows when patients on Air11™ machines responded recently to a survey presented on their Air11 machine or in their myAir app.

The info icon shows patients whose Compliance forecast value is stale by 48 hours or longer from the current date.

The SD card icon shows for all patients on card-to-cloud data plans.

Note: For these patients, ComplianceCoach inserts N/A for the Compliance forecast value.
