Why does Care Check-In disappear from the patient table and Overview tab?
The latest Care Check-In responses show on the patient table for a maximum of 10 days. A Care Check-In response made within 10 days of a previous response overwrites it on the patient table and Overview tab.
Note: Users can access historical Care Check-In responses in the Timeline tab.
