How to access ComplianceCoach patient notes in AirView
Users who create ComplianceCoach notes and follow-up reminders can review them in AirView. To view patient notes in AirView, navigate to the specific patient and select the Notes tab.
Note
ComplianceCoach notes greater than 400 characters become two or more notes in AirView. The integration works one way, so notes created in ComplianceCoach are visible in AirView, but notes created in AirView are not visible in ComplianceCoach.
