What happens when a patient switches to a new machine during compliance?
If a patient changes their CPAP or bilevel machine for any reason, we recommend that you shift the start date of their 90-day journey to the setup date for their new machine. When this setup date is established, ComplianceCoach recalculates the patient's compliance forecast based on usage of the new machine. This gives patients a fairer chance to achieve compliance with their new PAP machine.
