Why does the Days until compliance in the Compliance outlook calendar show a stale date?
A therapy device may not send data to Resmed's servers for long periods for several reasons. If this happens, the usage chart in ComplianceCoach presents gray bars to denote days when no data was received. Since data is unavailable, Compliance outlook cannot calculate the Days until compliance. For patients where data is not available, we recommend referencing the Last updated date to better understand why the forecasted compliance day reflects an old date.
