Record patient outreach
The Mark as button offers the following options:
Called
Left voicemail
Emailed
Reviewed
Do not monitor
When you click any of the first four options, you can add conversation notes to the patient’s details. You can also create follow-up reminders for patients on the patient list view.

ComplianceCoach does not initiate outreach. Users must initiate outreach and record the results accurately in ComplianceCoach.
