Why can't I see the compliance forecast for some patients?
Sometimes PAP machines cannot connect to cellular networks and Resmed's systems cannot collect PAP data. When this happens, the Compliance Forecast chart in ComplianceCoach may display gaps as shown in the following image. Downloading data from an SD card into AirView should resolve this issue.
