Select one of the following options for why you emailed the patient:
Mask comfort and fit
Leak issues
Days needed to meet compliance
Education
Care Check-In
Other: Record details of your email
(Optional) Send Supportive content.
To set Follow-up reminders for a patient:
Enter the number of days to contact the patient.
Pick a date from the calendar view.
Click Save.
